Because our multilingual flight coordinators – Italian, English and Russian – are able to quickly offer each customer the best airline solution and any further assistance.
You need to send your request, even 24-48 hours before departure, by simply filling in the Form on the website, in order to receive an appropriate and complete reply by e-mail.
If you are interested in confirmation, you will receive telephone assistance together with the relevant Official Offer, containing flight details, aircraft type and cancellation policy.
Acceptance requires the signature of the official offer received and credit card details to finalise payment; bank transfer is also available.
Once the confirmation is sent, the customer receives the Voucher with a summary of all useful information: description of the requested service with payment details, route, flight time, number of passengers, type of aircraft, crew, handling companies chosen at the airports and the contact details of our flight coordinator.
You should reach the Departure Terminal only 20 minutes before the scheduled time. The meeting point will be at the reserved and dedicated office, where a member of the handling company and one of the two pilots will escort you through the dedicated gate and then by private MiniVan to the aircraft. All checking procedures will be fast, safe and confidential.
The flight coordinator will always be the customer’s point of contact, ready to meet further requests, such as: catering service with customised menus, assistance for passengers with reduced mobility, booking of private cars with drivers before departure or on arrival, and even private helicopters from the origin location to the departure airport or from the arrival airport to your final destination
Whatever the business or tourist requirement, the customer has the possibility, by means of a private flight, to reach secondary or multiple stations even within the same day.
